20 minutes of exercise boosts our mood for a day

Stress Management

If you exercise at least two days a week, you will be happier and have significant less stress. The more you exercise, the greater the benefits in boosting energy levels. Finding a half hour to exercise and building in into your routine make the rest of the day more manageable. As a client said to me recently ‘things don’t get on top of me when I exercise; I seem less anxious, I don’t worry or ruminate, I feel on top of things’.

Study after study shows that exercise is much more effective at eliminating fatigue, we all benefit from exercising. We exercise to feel better about ourselves and how we look; this boosts our self confidence at the same time. If you want to keep your body trim and fit – you need to exercise on a daily basis. This may be a brisk  20 minute walk in the fresh air, but it will result in you feeling mentally relaxed and physically fitter and you will sleep better.
