Time Management or it manages you!

Valuing time is about valuing yourself, often I hear ‘I didn’t value my time’ which means ‘I didn’t value myself’. We need Boundaries around our self, around our availability to protect us from getting stressed. We all struggle with boundaries, yet simply having an awareness of strengthening your boundaries means you are most likely to say ‘I’d like to have had the time with you, but I had to go ahead’. (Because I value my time, even if you didn’t!)

Take care of yourself today, no one deserves it more..
